CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

AERONAUTICS
- Development, implementation and management of temporary exports; - Management of the Full Capacity operation (temporary import for repair), managing the daily demand, developing plans of action for the offenders and weekly reporting for the management and headquarters abroad. - Head in Abear (Brazilian Association of the Airline Companies) and the airline companies (Azul, Gol, Avianca) to elaborate a letter to amend the legislation for the benefit of the aeronautical sector (IN 1600 and IN 1790) - Meetings with the General Coordination of Customs Administration (COANA) to present the drafted letter and discuss changes in legislation. - Meetings with government agencies in order to adequacy of operations and product registration - Logistics of all major parts of the aircraft, interfacing with vendor and destinatary, making quotes and elaborating the most efficient logistics strategy until delivery to the final destination. - Oversight for planned purchasing operations (1,000 definitive imports per month), resolving all outstanding issues, making contact with vendor, freight agents, purchasing department and suppliers.
AUTOMOTIVE
- Oversight of manufacture operations (450 containers by month), supplier coordination and interface with other departments and management. - Oversight of aftermarket operations (about 120 import declarations), supplier coordination and interface with all departments and management. - Ensure that plans, schedules and performance metrics are available and regularly report progress to management and overseas offices - Development of demurrage controls, saving up to 150K per month.
